HTC Wildfire Features
The new offer from HTC, the Wildfire, is designed to be an entry level mobile into the world of Android and it certainly lives up to this expectation. The 5 mega pixel camera follows on from the one that is present on the HTC Desire and also comes with a flash option which is sorely lacking in many of todays modern Smartphone’s. Whilst it may not be replacing your digital camera or taking any HD shots, the camera on the HTC Wildfire is more than sufficient to tale pictures that you would expect from a mobile phone. Among the mobile deals at Best Mobile Contracts you can compare deals for the HTC Wildfire among many other new phones.
The addition of both Wi-Fi and 3G means that wherever you are a fast Internet connection will be available even if the zoom feature is slightly poor on the 3.2 inch screen. It is really its Android operating system that means the HTC Wildfire should be hugely popular for those on a budget as it means you will get full access to Android Apps – currently numbering about 70,000 – and, of course, all of the Google features – mail, maps, talk etc… You can share apps with your friends through the innovative app sharing widget and will be able to access all your favourite social networking profiles with a couple of clicks. A 3.5 mm audio jack and decent memory storage – it offers the possibility of 32 GB – means that the HTC Wildfire could possibly be a pretty good mp3 player.
The HTC Wildfire is not meant to take the Smartphone market by storm and it’s features reflect this; it is a low end budget mobile that is designed to bring new users into the world of Android. That being said, it is still a decent phone and considering that it will be free on a decent contract then it has the potential to be a big hit when it is released in July.
